Welcome to HR Professional Courses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (chernichnaya-lipa.com) and the services offered by HR Professional Courses ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Sweden.

4. Course Registration and Payments

4.1 Course Registration

When registering for our courses, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Course availability is subject to change, and registration is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay the specified course fees in full prior to the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed
• Provide valid payment information
• Be charged the full amount upon registration, unless a payment plan has been arranged

All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 500 SEK
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable

Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and course materials, is the property of HR Professional Courses or our licensors and is protected by Swedish and international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using our materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

This license will terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and we may terminate it at any time.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the 12 months preceding your claim.
